Jon Munroe is one of Britain’s leading personal trainers. He has been a part of the fitness industry for 17 years initially setting up clinics to help clients with various conditions including acute and chronic pain injuries and other health conditions. His qualifications include REPS and UK Athletics level 3.

The three times European Masters Long Jump Champion,ranking of number 4 in the World for 2009 and International athlete since 1986 has gained knowledge, not only from Track and Field but also from working in one of London’s leading Hospitals in a busy Physiotherapy Department for 13 years.

He has always kept himself busy writing various articles for major magazines and newspapers with a regular column on sports rehabilitation in Peak Performance.

JMPT is a Personal Training Company set up to meet peoples' needs whether low or high training is needed with the clients' health in mind. The sessions are motivating, progressive and FUN and at levels that clients will manage either one to one or group training.
