What is JMPT? JMPT was primarily designed to help people with acute, chronic pain Improve fitness levels, reduce pain and improve or change their lifestyle for the better. My training will help you become fitter and stronger both in body and mind. I will motivate you, help you set goals and enhance your well-being. My training is based on interval training. This style of training has been used from the dawn of time and is still used today by the best coaches in the world in all high level sports. For example coaches of Olympic athletes and fitness coaches from most high level sports would put their athletes through similar sessions but the sessions are adapted especially for you. Sessions are safe, effective, and progressive. I have trained clients from all walks of life with great success.
